I’ve built and sold a business while homeschooling and graduating my four children as a military spouse, so I understand how life can interrupt your business’s rhythms and routines.

You are most likely going to find me riding my Peloton, hiking with my husband and golden doodle Sybbie, or hanging out with my kiddos .

Maggie Melogy

Maggie is a college senior and Division 1 soccer player, studying to become a nurse with ambitions of traveling the country as a travel nurse.

Homeschooled, Maggie was often within earshot of Rhonda, her mother’s live work sessions, sparking her interest in starting her own business.

Maggie joined the Systems By Design team and contributes by designing monthly playbooks and helping Heather with customer service.

When she’s not studying, playing soccer, or working, Maggie enjoys playing the guitar.

Heather Renee

Heather is a homeschooling single mom of five, so she understands the importance of time and efficiency.

Heather’s philosophy is that if she can’t figure it out in 15 minutes we don’t need to be using it!

Heather is a operations wizard, tech guru, and customer happiness manager to name just a few of the key roles that she plays.

When she’s not running operations, homeschooling, or shuttling children to events, Heather likes to sip her tea with a good book on the beach.
