Mapping Out the Next 90 Days in Your Business

You have heard me say it a million times that I rely on processes to run everything in my life.  Processes create a structure for me to work. And in uncertain times, structure is comforting.

A 90 day plan for your business is a process that you can implement over and over again to create the structure your business desperately needs.

I recommend the following steps to map out the next 90 days for your business.

Start with knowing how you spend your time and grounding your business with organization.

Before you start the 90 day plan process, it is important to manage your expectations.  The process that I am sharing with you is broken up into 30 day increments, allowing you  the opportunity to focus just on one thing.

  • Create Your Offer:  Product or Service

  • Set-Up An Amazing Customer Service Experience

  • Create a Marketing Process that Reflects Your Business

  • Implement

It will probably feel uncomfortable the first time you run through the process.

It’s ok.

It’s supposed to.

The power of the process is that it is a roadmap that can guide you through to your goal.

The key to any process is consistency and implementation.
